Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
  • Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.
  • International Shipping Information is available upon request.

Returns & Replacements

  • Please send all returns and exchanges to: 226 Acharnon Str., TK 11252 , Athens, Greece. Please first include a note in the box with the order name, order number, the address of the return. It is your responsibility to order to proper size of shoe and it is our responisibility to create a strong and proper working shoe.We have the responsibility for constructing issues and not for mistaken numbers which were ordered in the purchase process. In the case of a wrong size shoe we can not refund the material cost of the shoe plus the shipping cost.
  • Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange pair back to Mi-Chiamo.com. Mi-Chiamo.com will send the new pair with complimentary shipping.
  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if they are sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
  • A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping (unless complimentary), will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. The shoe box must be included.
  • There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
  • All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
  • We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

 

At Mi-Chiamo.com, we want you to be happy with your purchases and confident that you’ve found the perfect footwear. If a return is necessary we can accept returns up 40 days from the date of purchase.

If you have ordered the wrong item(s), all item(s) must be returned in the original and suitable condition for re-sale, with any associated products, tags and boxes intact. We will reject returns that are not in a suitable condition for resale.

We recommend you use a 2nd class recorded postal service, which insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and enables them to be tracked. Mi-Chiamo.com is not liable for items lost in transit.

Provided that you return your item(s) within the Terms & Conditions above, we will replace/exchange the item(s).

Once your return has been processed by our workshop, we’ll email you to let you know.

Please note that overseas customers also need to pay the cost of returning the item.

If you have received faulty or defective goods, don’t worry. Simply  email us at info@Mi-Chiamo.com. Once the pair is returned to the warehouse and the item found to be genuinely faulty or defective we will refund the delivery costs and make an exchange. Please note that costs to return or exchange items will not be refunded unless the item has a genuine fault or defect or the item does not match the order you placed.

If you wish to make an exchange and the item you want to change it for is not available, we have the right the cancel the exchange and a refund will be given – if this happens you will be contacted. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we’ll get back to you.

If you have a query about a parcel you returned to us, please have the reference number ready when you contact us or track your parcel online here.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Ordering

For the payment process we accept Paypal, and cards accepted by Paypal(for payment without paypal account).

PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute. Depending on your processor, Payflow Pro also supports level 2 and level 3 Purchasing Cards (P-Cards). Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.

Card types that are currently not compatible with PayPal Merchant Services are:

  • Procurement and private label credit cards (such as a department store credit card).
  • Debit cards requiring a numeric password and pin-pad for entry.

We chose the specific types of payment to ensure the security of our customers’ transactions, in a case of hacking activities during the payment process.
